Online Sista Circle: Melanin Mindfulness for Anxiety: Tuesday 1 April 2020

With the current global chaos, fear and isolation around the coronavirus, it’s more important than ever to stay connected during this unsettling time. In this mindfulness support circle you’ll experience:

- Sista sharing time.
- Feelings check in.
- Simple self help tools for anxiety.
- Wellness accountability.
This will help to reduce anxiety, nurture connection with sista’s who understand, increase self awareness, and help you gain clarity around your wellness needs.
